Turner Boatworks recently introduced our 24 Savage, which is a very versatile, high-performance catamaran hull.  We listened to our customers, followers, and fans' repeated requests for a high-performance catamaran built with the popular Turner Boatworks design style and legendary build quality.  The 24 Savage hits all the marks and then some.  Unlike most catamarans on the market, our 24 Savage is an asymmetrical, air-entrapment hull that shares many design features with offshore racing cat hulls.  The hull traps air between the sponsons, as speed increases, the pressure of the trapped air increases, lifting the hull and providing a cushion of pressurized air to soften the ride.  Continue reading to learn more about the design features that make the 24 Savage truly remarkable and in a class of its own.

signATURE ELEMENTS

• Built with resin Infusion technology for a lighter, stronger, more rigid hull.

• All major components of the 24 Savage are built using resin infusion, not just the hull.

• Utilizes a one-piece all-molded box stringer system providing longitudinal and lateral strength.  This stringer system is bonded and glassed to the hull while the new hull is in its mold.

• All components are cored with light-weight coring that has been engineered to exceed the loads and stressors endured by our components.

• Twin-stepped hull design for speed and efficiency

• Large front deck lined storage locker

• Storage compartment on the cockpit floor used for battery rigging or dry storage

• Two rear deck, large-capacity oval compartments that are well insulated and can be used for dry storage, coolers, fish boxes, or be plumbed for additional live well capacity.

• Large, dedicated, oval, live well with aeration, 800 GPH pump, fill and overflow drains.

• Rear seating opens into bilge access

• Bilge and transom access through another hatch on the back deck
